Smart Button is pleased to announce that Jason Schneiders has joined the company as Associate Support Engineer-Streamline. His responsibilities include providing technical support, quality assurance testing and providing technical documentation for the company's fan loyalty product, Streamline. Streamline is a client-server based customer loyalty and rewards solution developed for the racing, gaming and casino industry. It provides everything a facility needs to begin generating revenue, seeing results and building relationships with customers.
As a junior at the University of Maryland, Schneiders plans to obtain a Bachelors of Science Degree in Computer Studies with a focus in Information Systems Management. In a short duration of time, Schneiders has gained diverse customer service and professional experience as a Police Communications Officer, PC Technician and Technical Assistant for Delta Engineering. At Delta Engineering, Schneiders was a main developer for database management software for a prominent Aviation Insurance Company. Schneiders also does independent web design, network installation and computer repair work. In addition, Schneiders has been studying computer concepts as well as electronics technology since high school where he attended the Cecil County School of Technology in North East, Maryland.
Schneiders was drawn to Smart Button because it encompasses his main interests of sports, entertainment and computers in a pleasant work environment.
