Smart Button's CEO, Phllip Sugar will present the company's perspectives on Fan and Patron Loyalty at INTIX's 25 Annual Conference in Philadelphia during a session titled, "A Sports Team's Perspective: Fan and Patron Loyalty."

Joining Mr. Sugar in this session will be two of Smart Button's clients: Mark Midland, Vice President of Marketing for Churchill Downs and Andy Ruge, Assistant Athletic Director/Marketing for George Mason University.

The session will explore how making a low monetary investment in your fans and patrons through a loyalty and rewards program can offer a greater return on investment. A loyalty and rewards program connects an organization with their fans and patrons directly by providing the organization with the marketing tools needed to gather information, communicate and deliver value to their program members. Organizations can see a greater return on investment in their marketing dollars if they invest in their own customer base to learn more about them and develop one-to-one marketing relationships to reach them. Results can be measured and tracked.

The presenters will discuss programs that have worked effectively and have produced results for their respective organizations.
